Americrown utilizes non-profit organizations to staff 95% to 100% of its concessions operations. Compensation is based on a percentage of net sales at the stand operated by your group. Back-up groups used in various areas but not directly responsible for sales areas are compensated by the hour for each person working. Groups traditionally exceed their pre-Americrown annual fundraising totals just by working a couple of weekends per year!
